At Moonbean Chocolate in Bugolobi, Joy guides you from fresh cocoa pod tasting through the garden and processing room. You roast, winnow, grind, spice an Aztec chocolate drink, then temper and mold your own bar. The two-hour English session costs $29, with aprons and ingredients provided.
